I can't begin to tell you how great it has been working with Amie so far. This is what an escrow company suppose to do, talk fast, get you in and out, speak clearly and put everything in laymen terms. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel like I knew exactly what I was getting and more importantly what I was signing. This is what dealing with an escrow company is all about. We hired HOI Peng Associates to handle a complicated pay-off on a loan for a property in Honk Kong. Cho Xi was our escrow officer, and he did fine job from start to finish. He is very experienced, and knows what he is doing. Very good communication via phone and email, which I prefer. No surprise charges by the company, even though there was more work that had to be done than initially was anticipated. Professional, timely, and got the job done. I highly recommend them.
